Welcome to the Westdale Baseball & Softball Spring 2024 Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit online payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Due to new restrictions we cannot accept cash or check for payment.

 

Sunday Clinics Start In January 2024

Indoor Clinics 

All indoor clinics will start the first Sunday in January. You need to be fully registered for Spring 2024 to participate in our Sunday clinics. We are always looking for volunteers to help, if you are interested please reach out to our League Secretary Tara.

 

**Once registered you will receive an  invite from Game Changer so we can send out weekly reminders and have open communication with all registered players**

**RSVP for clinic will be to all players benefit, if there are not enough players attending we will not be able to offer the clinic due to low enrollment.**

Important Registration Information

*The registration form must be completed by a parent or guardian and must include ALL required contact information for at least one parent/guardian.

 *Tball teams are selected randomly at ages 4, 5 and 6 and drafted by the managers for all other teams. **If your Tball player is 4 years old you must be on the field at all times with your player (practices, games and all Westdale Baseball Events)

 Pinto 7 years old-Pony 14 years old as well as Softball 8u-14u. Refunds will NOT be issued for this reason.

*Fundraising: Each player is responsible for participating in the candy fundraiser. You are given two options. Option 1- You can purchase the candy, sell it and keep the profits or Option 2- Buyout for half the price. 
**Where can you pick up your 2 boxes of candy?**
- Any Sunday Clinic from a board member

UNIFORMS

All uniforms are custom ordered for every player and will need to be ordered no later than February 12th. If you are registering LATE- there will be an additional fee to have your uniform on time for the season.  You will need to speak directly with the uniform coordinator.

In years past we would hold an in person sizing day for the players. Due to limited time and space we will size every player for their uniform during Sunday clinics. It is important to have your player sized every year because the vendor we use may change and once we place our order we cannot make change’s. If you have questions please reach out.
